Overview
Carbon footprint consultant According to ISO standards. The first program in the Middle East internationally accredited by The International Accreditation Forum (IAF) As companies and institutions disclose their carbon footprint and prepare carbon footprint reports, it has become necessary to be able to develop emission reduction strategies by identifying the most important sources of emissions that have a direct impact on the production system, and thus this helps in improvement processes, increasing the efficiency of energy use, and reducing losses from industrial inputs and production processes. In line with the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change 1992, the Kyoto Protocol on Climate Change 1997, and the Paris Agreement 2015. There are now international procedures to achieve the requirements of these international agreements, such as CBAM, the Carbon Adjustment Mechanism implemented by the European Union, and thus it has become necessary to maintain export opportunities and not raise the cost of export by complying with the new international requirements, laws, and regulations for export in light of these new export obligations. The objectives of this program are qualifying applicants to work as consultants specialized in calculating the carbon footprint and verifying companies’ compliance with international environmental standards and being able to calculate the greenhouse gas emissions of organizations and calculate the carbon footprint of products and how to prepare carbon emissions reports and analyze them according to international standards, which enhances efforts aimed at reducing emissions and implementing sustainable solutions. In addition to learning how to enter carbon markets, which enhances efforts aimed at reducing climate change.
